How to annotate
As an annotator, when a project is assigned to you, it will appear on your dashboard. For each project you can see the title, the description, the status, your progress, the flags and your time.
To start annotating you just need to click on the project and it will take you to the annotation page.
You don't need to worry about saving each annotation, there is an autosave every time you move to another task or leave the annotation page.
To keep track of your annotations inside the project you have to take a look at the left part of the screen. You will see a progress bar with the total number of tasks, the number of the annotated ones and the %.
There is a dropdown that allows you to filter your tasks by "Pending", "Annotated" or "Flagged".
You can also use the search bar to look for a specific task by typing the task title or ID.
Your annotated tasks will appear crossed out and the ones in progress will appear in yellow. Also, if a QA or PM has flagged out a task, you'll see a flag icon next to it.
You can navigate through the tasks by clicking the "<- Back" or "Next ->" button on the bottom of the task, by clicking on them on the task list or by using your keyboard's arrows. Anyway, you don't necessarily have to annotate sequentialy.
If we now take a look at the right side of the screen we have 3 useful icons.
The first one is for the AI Model. If the creator of the project has assigned an AI Model to this project you can activate it here. This model will be applied to all pending tasks of the project.
The next one is the comments pannel, where you can see all comments added by the QA or PM. You can also comment as an annotator to communicate with the QA or PM.
And the last icon is a shortcut to the guidelines of the project.
